Guest taz1787
ok just a little up date removed engine and found another block local to me only it was from an efi xr3i and with a bit of research its the same block except 1. it has a hole for a crank position sensors which will need blocking off as I'm currently running mfi management but bonus if I go efi at any point 2. needed drilling for oil return bonus is they pre drilled in these areas but need drilling a little deeper and wider so I set about finding somebody to do this cheap but qualtity work and block should be back with me by Friday 7th june so then the rebuilding of engine can start but whilst engine out going to clean engine bay and check everything tight and secure because when I did it last time I was in a rush to get everything in it as was at my mate garage on his ramp will update with progress and pics when rebuild commences
