Winter Facelift For My Cab

Hi guys

Thought I would pop up a quick post and pics about the winter facelift on my cab.

It needed a bit of a clean up in the engine bay and electrics sorting, so we started by clearing the engine bay so we could prep for a respray, then we found battery tray was rotton through so we had to cut it out and replace a full panel before respray.

Then we removed the doors to sort a bit of rust and prep for respray.

Wiring loom was then removed (the car at this point looked very sorry for its self lol)

Day 3 we got it all resprayed

Day 4 and 5 rebuild time

Day 6 car looked great ( I think anyway lol)

Any way here are the pics.

Nice one steve, its looking mint now, the door shuts and engine bay were the only things letting the car down imo.

And my words when I saw the battery tray were fucking hell lol, looked well past it to say the least!

Looks very good now mate.

Yeah I was well shocked when I saw battery tray but was suprised how easy it was to replace and you realy can't tell it's been done.

As before I would have scrapped it lol

Thanks for nice comments it is getting there now I am well pleased just needs a few new hoses and pipes then done
