gingergman
what was the starting issue? primer is slightly porous so i wouldnt leave it like that for ages, but im sure you wont
MarineIguana
Starting issue is my wiring loom, Had to bridge the fuel pump to ignition but it still gets immobilized with the alarm so I'm happy
Guest spenny
Great job on the rear panel. It did look very nasty with all that filler. Strange why someone would do that... Wot did you use to get it all off??
MarineIguana
Grinder with sanding attachments Took ages to get it all off kept clogging the discs
Guest spenny
A bit of water helps stop the cloging up. But hey its off now & ready to put right... Whoever put all that filler on must be brain dead as the panel looks in very good condition
MarineIguana
That's what I thought, If there's loads of filler then that panel must be in a right state, But turns out it isn't, Its got 3 or 4 patches of big rust and that's it
Guest Lee81
Looks like its had a light rear end impact. They have done a prity good job at beating the panel back straight but someone has gone overly mental with the filler. Still its better than finding a mass of rust and fibreglass
MarineIguana
A bit more filler needed on the left hoped it didnt need it but hard to tell when I was sanding it, Want it to be perfect but I ain't got time yet but should be easy enough when time comes

MarineIguana
Right decided to have another go at my rear pods after taking the hood locks out they used to be grey and boring so made em black and neater than the last to break up the dull grey interior, even if the pics came out crap  Old grey cloth was made up of 4 different parts   New Black is made from one part of cloth  Just got to do the other one and it will be a lot neater than before i should have got a pic of it in the old state the sun hasn't treated it well
