After taking the old girl out on a run when you go to start her a short while later she is dead no turning just ignition lights turn the ignition on and of a few times starts no problem deos not do it all the time but is happened a few times now only deos it on a hot engine a couple of times gone to get the jump pack out but never needed to use it any ideas gratefully received as it as started putting me of useing her thanx mark

I like the front bumper it is different and love the colour it is fantastic

I totally agree with Andy never had any luck with photos the gingerman I think Stewart kindly posted some for me ages ago other than that have never bothered due to said problems

I had a similar issue with my mk5 it turns out the roof was over adjusted I turned both hooks out on the roof so it was not shut as tight and it sorted the problem good luck

Agree with rs cab but my personal choice would be to keep it to tone if you want to give it a face lift try doing the bottom in sea grey still two tone just a different take on it good luck with what ever u decide mark

What deos any one know about multi car insurance thinking of combining my daily runner and the cabby on one policy and if poss may be the old mans mondeo at the moement I have salvage retention on the cabby would like to keep that if poss thanx mark

Thanx Ollie that's exactly what me and dad done to day armed with a Haynes manual and a few u tube videos all is now done so look forward to seeing u at uxbridge 25 mile test drive and all is good we saved £80 in the process as well feel so pleased

They agreed a price with me then said my Imoblisor was not approved and charged more money made a change to policy things changed a day later and they refused any sort of refund till I created a fuss every time I have spoke they have always been slow and always ready to charge an adim fee I would shop around bit if I was you

A couple of weeks a go I had a mobile mechanic fit a rear pair of shoes and an osr wheel bearing when he put it back together he told me it needed a stub axel on the o/s/r and the n/s/r wheel bearing now needed doing and a pair of brake cylinders I got the parts but can't seem to get him back to finish the job so is there any mobile mechanics intrested I would like to hear ideally I want it done by next Saturday so I can take her to uxbridge but I can't see that happening at this moement in time I am really brassed of thanx mark

Have you looked in to the option of fitting one from a scrap mk6 ford are robbers needed a stub axle for mine was told no longer avaiable least yours is still avaiable as a back up option if u was mad and loaded lol

Thanx for the offer mate messaged quite a few people on ebay and no luck just got one to day from a breaker in the midlands just got to wait for it to turn up in the post now can't wait to get it back on the road

Depends on how much it owes you and they are only worth so much I would probley sell it spares or repairs I like the Sierra always had a soft spot for them
