!!!! I Found the problem & fixed it !!!!

There was a split in the big air hose that comes from the airbox. All sorted and running great again

All loaded up & ready for Thoresby

After the slight problem at Thoresby and the steady crawl home, I found the problems with Scrappy.

Somehow the two bolts holding the Dizzy had come loose, and the gearbox plug was also loose & very low oil level in the gearbox.

So, Scrappy was into the garage this morning, Engine flushed & oil & filter changed, Dizzy set & tightened and gearbox oiled & plug tightened.

Scrappy is now running better than ever

Scrappy failed the MOT!!!!! Fails were windscreen, wipers, fog light, door handle, cv boot, one wheel bearing and a 4" x 2" hole under the battery tray.

As it wasn't much I managed to get everything fixed yesterday apart from the windscreen (which is being replaced in the morning) & the door handle (thanks Dan)which will be fitted as soon as it arrives.

Looks like Scrappy will be going to Ford Fair after all
