Its been stored in a council garage for the last 4 years with the intention of handing it over to my son to cherish and get back on the road. I've recently started preparing it for the mot and last week some scumbag as broke in to the garage and stripped my car. The police have been approached by a witness who wrote the reg down and saw the scumbags going in the garage and bringing out my parts and loading them into their van , but the police are doing nothing. Unless they can sit behind a hedge with a speed camera then they are not interested. A few years ago my 1st RS Turbo was nicked off my drive, 19 days after buying it and when i phoned the police they just gave me a crime number for the insurance....couldn't even be bothered to come out and take a statement. OK.... rant over. Don't get disheartened. They are a good bunch on here, i'm sure you will be able to sort out what you need. All the best, John.
