Guest Cabbytech
Well ive been looking for a mk2 escort for ages, and it even said it in my siggy lol, so we went out and got this Harrier, it seems original and has all the right bits in the right places, like spare wheel bracket, flat halogen headlamps, remote drivers mirror etc, we are going to take it back to original spec so the cibies are going, all four covers are also present, hope you escort lovers like it even though its not a cab , O and our cab wont be pushed out lol.. Guest Cabbytech
Thanks guys, ive seen a few pretenders around, this one has the correct stuff on it and the harrier tag that matches the v5c so that was a good start, it doesnt look too bad underneath from what i can see with all that underseal everywhere lol, it deffo needs loads of tlc to make it really nice, so im going to be spending sometime working on it to make it look better, the last owner had some new strut tops fitted and OMG what a mess, so im going to rip them off and do it properly, it did 4.5 hrs up the M5, M42 and M1 without missing a beat, so at least it runs ok. Guest Cabbytech
Nice one Ian, be interesting to see what it goes for, would have been nice to see the original Harrier telltale signs in the photos like the spare wheel bracket, harrier underbonnet tag, bumper overriders and spotlamps, with it saying rebuilt, that would help confirm its heritage. Thanks for the comments on mine guys, its not a mint example but still looks the part, i deffo have work to do on it, its genuine, and thats why i got it, Edited September 21, 2010 by Cabbytech
