The gearstick selector shaft may have moved on the gearbox shaft - does it feel different from normal?

TBH most sills available are after market cover sills
The gauge most are made from is 0.9 & less than the original spec Ford sills
You can get some after market sills made from thicker material but not easy to find
You'll need to do some fabrication work on what ever sills you get as the lower support section
is a separate part - Have a look @ the following link

Cab Sills are basically the same as the 2 Door Tintop but will need to be modified
New complete floor pans are very rare now & if you can find 1 it won't be cheap
Seen 1 go for £350+ and that was about year ago
repair panels used to be available for the side sections and you could possibly get a used spare wheel well if it's required
The Belt needs to be at the correct angle to operate
theres a metal ball inside the inertia part of the real which moves locking the belt as it's designed to do in a crash
the belt needs to be in its fitted angle & position to release the belt
If you have allowed the belt to retract fully it will be a bit of a job to release but just keep trying and pull up & down slowly
I'd be makin a 3 car garage there Col
What ever size you build it, it will never be big enough
As for Drones there a great bit of kit but not allowed @ the shows
Kenny tried to use his @ Ford Fair & got into a bit of trouble
