I have got a Brand new genuine O/S/R Bumper cap which I had bought for my MK3 XR3i tintop but never got round to fitting it. I dont need it anymore due to having a MK4 all white & a MK6 Cabriolet. If you want to make me an offer bearing in mind that I paid £30 for it.

Sump plugs & washer are still available from Fords

I had my roof replaced by them in 2009 & I couldn't ask for a better service HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I agree that autoglym is good. I use 5w-30 fully synth

Back in the 80's when I had my XR3, I changed the twin choke webber to twin 45's. It was a simple conversion. As lee has said the linkage & manifold can be expensive, I got mine from Burtons power products, This is the manifold for 40's http://www.burtonpower.com/parts-by-fitment-type/parts-by-engine-ford/ford-cvh/im4246a.html This is the manifold for 45'shttp://www.burtonpower.com/parts-by-fitment-type/parts-by-engine-ford/ford-cvh/im4246b.html I am not into changing to a zetec or RS turbo. That is my personal choice
