  1. On our mk 5 we screwed it threw the edge of the boot lid and bonded it on with a sealing adhesive sorry not sure how it works on a mk4 but I would measure a good few times and always screw it don't just stick it on in this day and age it will soon be gone it's worth all the effort though I do love the look of a spoiler good luck

  2. I do love a boot spoiler fitted one to our mk5 was a pig of job finding right bolts for job the 1st bit of the thread is a plastic sleeve then metal inside well worth the hassle one of the best things I done deos your have a brake light in it would post some pictures of ours but don't know how to good luck

  3. I own a mk5 on a L reg and she was already modified a little bit when I got her so I carried it on and personalised her a bit more what I would say if your car is totally original and never been played with I would leave it As it is I think yours looks good the way it is the nearest thing I would do is to fit a period set of alloys to it as I never have liked wheel trims and may be fit clear side and front indicators I have a spare set if u want to see what they look like and I will be at simply ford in belieu good luck with what ever u decide

  4. After spending all that time and money I would go the zetec route so it geos as well as it looks as for the leather route you could carefully strip the cloth get it remade in leather then recover your self there is a bloke some where on here who deos a fantastic job of all things leather good luck will look good when finished

  5. Brought some bits of ebay for my daily runner and the guy said he can do custom / fancy plates any one got any ideas designs want to keep legal as already got show plates was thinking of haveing the clubs web site on bottoms of plates but not sure
