iansoutham
I suspect you have put the tiebars on the wrong way round. They should bow to the inside, and I think you have put them the other way so that they bow outwards.
Guest El87cabi
Hi Micky, the expansion tank feed hose gets moved onto a metal pipe that runs under the fan casing then back onto rubber pipe up to the expansion tank the other side, you prob need to change the hose pictured for the efi one as i think its longer, may also need efi expansion tank. All the best, el
mickyfin32
thanks everyone just waiting for a break in the weather to get stuck back in, any idea's on where i can get the pipes needed???
Guest Lee81
You should be able to fabricate the required hoses out of samco or similar brand of bends and universal lengths. Also you must keep the hose located at a gradual rise from where it joins the original. This is to ensure that air will rise without getting stuck allowing the cooling system to bleed itself

Guest El87cabi
Have got second hand pipework you require, the efi cooling fan and expansion tank, you'll also need the later efi windscreen washer bottle too as that is housed in the wing if you've not got that yet. safe, el
