Guest spenny
ok the roof is now off the cabby . seats speaker pods & spoiler also taken off. boot stripped out. well i did say i would be slowly stripping her But i have been busy getting even more parts for her . i won a rs turbo bonnet on ebay on sat night paid £70 coz the lad said it had no dents. so i traveled 80 mile to go and get it. when i got there big bloody dent in it told the lad i was not bloody happy with him so he gave me a 90 spec bumper for free . anyway got home and the dent just pushed out he he also got hold of a brand new omp strut brace from ebay for £58 bloody bargin.. will get some pics up soon of my slow progress

Guest spenny
well i've had some time to work on the cab the past week . so i cleaned up the sills and wheel arches and gave them a good coat of hamerite and got the rs kit back on her . the kit was tricky to do as i used double sided tape to give a good seal for its final fix . it now looks like it grew there also managed to get the strut brace on today . Guest spenny
got the cabby out of the garage today and give her a little drive up & down the street also put the rs bumper and bonnet on for the first time today to give the old xr3i a little hint of what she is gonna look like i was a bit unsure about changing the style of her front end but now i'm glad i did as i think its going to look sweet. also managed to do a bit of repair work on the bumper with a little filler.. front panel looking good with new paint a couple of pics as i left her today
