Joind a few days ago, thorght i would post a couple of pics of my two to see what you think. neither of them are "mint" but there both tidy and for the most part, rust free.

first one, i've had for a few weeks now, loved it when i saw it, but it's turned out to be a big bag of problems, after lots of hours and a big bashing of my visa card, it seams to be coming togeather now.

it's a 1998, it started life as a 1.6i, at some point in it's life, someone has given it a full respray in what i think is "subaru red blue", fitted the RST bodykit and recaro seats and fitted a S2 engine.

anyway, pics..

And this is my MK6 or 7 depending on how you number them, to me it's a mk6, but hey ho, each to there own.

It's pretty much standard, when i got this it has a big 5" exhaust, lexarse lights and a tiny set of rank aftermarket alloys. I replaced the lights, fitted a cat back stainless powerflow exhaust and fitted some mondeo 16" wheels. it's not too bad, a much nicer drive than the mk4, not quite as quick, but much much more civalised.

anyway. pics..

Thanks all for the comments. while i do like the mk6, and the drive is much nicer, i do like the mk4 more. for all its faults, the grin factor wins hands down. leaving someones 15K A4 cabby for dead from the lights is an awesome feeling lol...

if we're all going out togeather (the wife and kids) then the mk6 is just more practical, plus it has a much more leak free roof.

but anyway, thanks again for the comments.
