What did you use mate ???

 

I find PF61 diluted 4-1 works well with a dish cloth, I know its not to be used on alloys that are loosing paint but my mate always said the if you work quick and rinse its fine !!! :biggrin:

 

 

Not got any left now and I don't know anyone in the trade any more lol !!! :biggrin:

well not been down to the workshop for a while

a few more pics with all the welding done at the front end

planning to spend the bank holiday weekend on the cab and then it will go down for the under coating

yeah i must say when i first looked at the car after i stripped it i was a little concerned :sad:

but now i can see it coming together i am well happy :biggrin:

and i wanted to finish it before the show season but not gonna happen as my job is keeping me very busy ( but hey gotta pay for it somehow lol )

this bank holiday i should be taking it easy but no gonna get a good few days on it so more pics to come

thanks for all your comments peeps makes it all worth while

cant wait to get it painted a fresh diamond white and have it on the club stand so people can look back at the before and after pictures

been looking for a good bonnet for a while now and finaly got one

Even better when you can replace the parts

with brand new ones.

 

it would be chaz if i could replace this lot with new ones lol

i can get fibreglass ones but not as nice :sad:

so a good clean and rub down on this kit will have to do for now
