i got an old window and full frame thanks guys though it might had to be cut out and welded but at risk of melt the vinyl?? ginger boy the bar im on about is the attached to the frame that holds the rear window in place and which the thick black rubber sits on...
-
yeh seeping in from the top of the doors both sides on old roof this wasnt a problem, and from the rear window where the bottom of the bar of the window has bowed any and all suggestions
-
bought a new roof weeks ago(mk4) installed it so far so good then snap tension cable, so after a few days of waiting for fords i threaded through new tension cable tightened it up both side pretty much all the way and looked around the back and i can still see the cable i know this isn't right. also noticed the lower bar of the rear window has rusted so bad its lost its strength and bowed leaving a gap between rubber n window so got it leaking. and its leaking from the corner of the doors did fix this problem on old roof so not too happy need advice on what do i do next??

crank sensor? usually based above starter motor little 2 pin black thing

connected ummm have you taken it out to have a look at the condition, either that try coil pack.... and thats the extent of my expertise lol good luck let us know what it is...

umm not sure about zetec but have you hook up the crank sensor? everything could be working fine but if crank sensor isnt attached you wont get any spark(crank sensor is where the gear box meets engine at the front usual above starter motor ).... hope it helps
