If a bit of the key is sticking out use plyers to un-lock it and take it off and most Motor factors can oreder you a new one, if not then like Taz said, drill it !!!

They are good kits mate but they are selling a Mk5 kit as a Mk6, you need to fettle the front bumper to fit, best to see if they will do you a deal for the kit without the front bumper and get that seperate of the place on eBay I pointed out in theis post !!!

Don't know mate, personaly just go by whats written on the front of your Amp and then get the Power Cap to go with it, so if you have a 1000w Amp (The 1000 is its peak !!!) then just get a 1.2 Farad Power Cap, its more than enough !!!

I got a hand written guide of my mate years ago but I treated myself to a HAYNES ICE MANUAL !!! Its spot on, it explains all the techno-babble and I found it very helpful !!! The Ratio is to use 100,000 Micro-Farads per 100 Watts of Power, so if you use a 1000 Watt amp you should get a 1.0 Farad Power Cap, 1.2 will be better, I have 3200 Watts of PURE MUSIC POWER, so I just went for 5.0 Farads !!! I scanned a couple of pages for you Mick, if you lived a bit closer I would lend it to you lol !!! :happy001:

My power Cap was £85.00 from a clearence sale in January last year, it should have been £300 odd !!! There is a guide in one of my books about the Watt to Farad ratio, i'll have a look tomorrow for you mate and try to scan the relevent page for you !!!
