  2. Tickets printed, new paint and polished, stripes on tomorrow and polished wheels ready to go on see you all there
  3. Yes I have these plugs in my efi turbo and it's made a big difference.
  4. Hmmm I'll investigate on the lower part. It could be anything to be honest if it's been done all over.
  5. I believe it might be Bahama blue. I'm a painter by trade and I have to tell you that no matter what. Touch ups will never look the right colour.
  6. I was 19 when I got mine and admiral were the cheapest. 10 months for £1400 but u got a years no claims. Bonus accelerator I think. I think mine is group 14 that's why there expensive.
  7. My local factors could get em but there was like a £7 delivery charge for Bosch bits so I got em off ebay. Honestly give em a go it's like a new car lol
  8. I have just changed my spark plugs to Bosch fr6dcx instead of ngk and it has made a world of difference. I think that grey module is a suppressor. Other things I have tried are the throttle position sensor on the throttle body and the map sensor. But the plugs by far have made the biggest difference.
  9. I may have stumbled across a thread on passion ford about rough running cvh efi's. As it turns out if you are using ngk plugs the electrode is slightly too short. I have now fitted a set of Bosch FR6DCX plugs and I cannot believe the difference. I'm running efi turbo by the way and set the gap to 1mm.
  10. Think I've done it now lol. Cheers mate
  11. Where is the events list so I can put me name down lol
  12. I now have an alloy radiator and an 82 degree thermostat with a curved blade fan as mine used to get hot. Not now.
  13. My system is from a s1 turbo. No worries
  14. Have you got the suppressor for the map sensor? And cut the blue wire on the edis?
  15. Mine runs on base idle as the iscv never worked right. It still pulls nicely. As Ian and Ollie know after helping me put an Anglia alternator belt on at Santa pod lol
  16. Hmm I've had this issue for years and have never sorted it really. Maybe thinking the camshaft is worn out?
  17. Can't do classic because were going on holiday the day after lol. Might try FITP. If not ill definitely be a ford fair
  18. Never lol. Hmm what to do lol. I did get a decompression plate last time just incase the head had been skimmed too much but they said hardly anything had been taken off and they only did a light skim. So decided against it because some say to use 2 gaskets and some use some type of sealer to attach to the block. I sold that anyway lol. What brand gasket is yours mate?
  19. I did think about those but I've heard mixed reviews. Most seem to reckon genuine ford gaskets are good for 350bhp. The last one that popped was a felpro gasket. That blew between cylinders 2 and 3.
  20. Yeh I thought it was fairly good lol. It's had a few runs at the pod and round Silverstone so it's probably due
