I would paint it looks so much better espically with all the work and money you have already put in to it the only time I would wrap it is for a colour change

Will be good when finished I would go with frozen white and with all the striping you have done I would go the extra mile and have it dipped good luck will be nice when all done

No worrys I have one in white that's what my car came with but I prefer black on my car so now have a black one for it

Yes I know what u mean another thing I get a lot is when I take my jumper of a lot of people seem shocked and say I don't look like a tattoo kind of bloke what exactly does a tattooed person ment to look like lol

13 months ago I fitted a banner battery which was nothing but trouble the supplier tested it and said there was no problem with it been through the whole car fixed a couple of electrical issues it has now come to the point where the battery won't take a charge and I have lost the receipt every where I ring for a flat terminal battery try's to sell me a banner battery and I don't want another one of those so does any one know where I can get a decent make flat terminal battery ie like a Bosch I can't convert to round terminals as it has a electric box of tricks which bolts up with the terminal she is a 1.6 zetec mk 5 and the live for the roof also goes through the terminal thanx mark

I converted mine from a manual roof to electric and wired mine in the same way it has so many advantages the best way to go

How do u remove the strut / strength bar on a mk5 apart from the six nuts it looks like it is being held in place by the turrets only I want to paint it so it matchs the rocker cover which is currently being done also the shout box does not show on home page and when I do select it won't load display my shout it may be due to the fact I have an I pad

When I showed mine at ford fair this year there was only one other mk5 so there was only two for us in total there was loads of mk 4 's a handful of mk 6's so would be nice to get a group of mk5,s for next year

Fix the bike that's then one less thing to moan about then sell it and with the proceeds do some more jobs on the escort when she sees progress she may well change her mind once there are less problems to moan about on it good luck

After seeing the Xr owners stand and the fiesta gb club I think it would be good if this club had a stand here it is all under cover so no weather problems, some of the stand marshalls this year have some really good club stand shirts all in a very good show well worth the journey and cost
