  2. now i have started the stripping down to see what i have got my self into lol the rs kit was to come of first not looking to good under there then take the lights out and well again not looking good lol the more that comes off the more you think can i realy do this lol lots more pics coming
  3. well as you all no i have brought an all white se on a c plate i was gonna start the work after the shows and i cant wait that long lol my plan is to restore it if i can or at least get it back to its former glory with the use of a big workshop in the dry the cab has cost me £250 and with no price in mind of what it will cost me to get it looking the bollocks ie pretty much standard i have seen these se cabs go for between £1000 and £3500 depending on 16i or turbo lumps of course heres a few piccys for you all some good some bad any comments welcome and tips even more welcome lol this is a first project for me so the only thing i wont be doing is the paint job going to log all photos so when i am finished i can look back on them here goes this is how i brought her then brought the car home and was very suprised how well it drove considering very responsive and the gearbox is all good so in the lockup it went kept popping in and out the lockup lol and then brought it out and had a good look around to see what she looked like in the daylight
  4. hi ian well i had a mrk5 and pretty much the same prob and spent lots of time trying to find the cause in the end it was all down to the indicater and light stalk yeah i no i could not believe it get down the local breakers and get one and if it is not that then ebay it good luck and hope it works ollie just check do you have main and brake lights

  8. hi gaz you can use small screws to fix the arches but most people use a type of silocone tigerseal etc but it realy depends on condition of the arches you have ollie

  14. lol nothings that easy to do you should no that m8 just get your self a fiesta rs turbo engine and pretty much a straight swap already efi

  20. take the alternater off and get it tested i had the same problem with my boys fiesta last week replaced battery then new alternater and maker sure the wires are put back how they should be lol
  21. the handles are easy enough to adjust just a bit of trial and error joys of topless motoring hey roll on the summer lol
