Right changed the ICV and TPS and still the same, when it warms up it seems to drop to 1000 rpm, is this normal on a EFI also the adjustment screw for tick over is all the way in

Since the rebuild, when you start the car it sits around 2000rpm for ages before dropping to 1000. I have changed the ICV and still the same. Any ideas on what else would cause it? Paul

I doubt you would get a replacement pcb. Can you not solder a wire across the broken track? -

Just use the one you have on the car mate, if you are going from MFI - EFI then use the MFI one. paul

You dont need to change the tank or pump m8, leave the MFI one in. If you are going to be running a lot of power you will need to upgrade the fuel pump anyway to a RS Turbo or cossie one. Paul

You do not need to drain system, just change and top up

The S2 turbo is a MFI mate, the Fiesta Turbo was EFI

It would need to be a 90 spec RS Turbo rocker cover, else the mounts for the air intake will be to close together. On 90+ they are wider Paul
