The bushes are well gone, some literally gone! Unsure if mine is mk 4 or 5, suspect 5. German built now residing in sunny Spain, (rust free, still with anti rust sticky goo on inside of wings/doors etc.). I need to know if mk4 and mk 5 are the same, I've found new spares but it does not say exactly for which model, can I assume they are maybe all the same? Thanks for any advice, please! Nick. Vincygav Posted May 18, 2016 Share Posted May 18, 2016 It is mk5. You would need new lower arms, they do go bad after a while. Most tend to go for genuine Ford as they last longer.
