Hi all

I'm new to the club and look foward to discussing with everyone about cabbys. I have had my cabby for about a year now and I've started having a problem with it. One day it decided to not start managed to narrow it down to a fuel problem. Bought my self a new relay from a friend who breaks fords. He gave me a large pink relay went to fit it but there isn't a pink relay on the car already nearest colour is red so I tried that first witg no luck. Then looked for advice on the net and people saying the pump relay is yellow, brown, grey so I still don't know if it's a relay problem or the pump itself I'm so confused I'm pretty sure someone must know. As much as I love my old Fords I having got a clue how they work so I apologise. Thanks guys.

Hi. The last weekend I was checking my fuel pump relay in a 1991 1.6 EFi CVH. In this model the fuel pump relay is fitted to the reverse side of the “invehicle” fuse board. You need to remove the fusebox cover and unclip the fusebox. Unscrew the six securing

screws to detach and remove the lower facia panel on the driver’s side.
And the color, in this model, is brown. The part number is 85GG14N089CA.
