tried that, and unbolting gearbox cradle , the hub just needs to go inwards e few mill and then it will pop in as its supposed to also tried loosening front gear box cradle bolts, and prying gearbox at same time, run out of options at moment
any chance its been put on wrong before, and its only pure luck that ive got the ball joints on in the past? im proper confused by it its give me a headache literally
its had mounts off to put new rubbers on and then off at the mounts to take engine box/out so its not that..... it looks as if the gearbox need to go to the left a bit more so theres more clearance but i cant see how i can get it move without unbolting everything, and obv i shouldnt have to do that

Refitted engine/box and roll bar and now near/passenger side ball joint is a couple of cm off being able to fit it. drivers side went in straight away took me a few seconds,
Ive tried unbolting tca and then fitting ball joint but then the tca bolt wont go back to refit that
Also ive tried slackening the antiroll bar and mounts and thats no help
Any ideas??? been trying for hours if the inner cv joint wasnt fully inserted into the gearbox id think it was that but its def in
Finally got it in woo hoo trolley jack few brick/peices of wood done! lol just got to fit new clutch cable - head - and ball joint cover on one tca and then ill be on to putting new alternator etc cables on
engine is underneath ready to be lifted/jacked in. just need to buy/borrow a decent air compressor as my little thing wont power a air sander and im not sanding it by hand, done that way too many times lol

Was gonna give up earlier on when i noticed my slam panel was crispier than i first noticed/knew about and i spotted a split fuel return pipe going from fuel regulator GRRRRRR
Its not too bad tho i suppose, slam panel will be ok till next year and ill replace it, and pipe is only a few quid. Time is running out tho and ive lost my driveshaft seals so had to buy some more havnt even started sanding it down yet and im worried what ill find under the body kit
anyone know the wire guage and ampage rating for the standard starter/alternator cables? completely changing all mine as they have def soaked up water over the years
