Lil update took head off and gasket appears fine so I dunno where the water was coming from but its off now and I know that a new one is fitted when its back together. Valves need a little clean up lol but engine looks in good nick bores are nice and clean Got all the parts I need to put it back together only broke one bit and that was the turbo oil feed pipe which needed replacing anyway I mullered mine with a spanner Can't wait to put it all back together now got a sore back though

Cheers I did clean the engine before I took that pic was a right mess oil, fuel and fingerprints every where can't have that on a picture would spoil the illusion

New Inlet manifold on and new K&N filter sorted and HT leads Should have put heater cover back on but I'm lazy so tough

Well my car is running now so I need to get a relay fitted but that can wait till its on the road cheers for da help

Nope cant see that its not easy to miss now is it so no relay, I'm lost as what the problem is now apart from no relay of course

Well I would test it if I had one My pump is on a switch forgot to mention that bit so the relay may have been by passed
