Hello all ! I have a mk4 d plate xr3i cabriolet! But the log book states 1.6i ? Is it because the car is an import?

No,may be down to the dealer who registered it, some put 1.6i on instead of xr3i, has it got red mouldings on the side of the car .?

yes it does have the moulding down the sides!think its been re registered as the car was first registered in November 87 making it realy a E  plate !

Yea, you probably right,if it’s got side mouldings in red that normally means xr3i
