Been looking into this myself, but using an Escort Mk5 rack only because they had power steering on some of the CVH's so the pump pulleys and belts etc will all just bolt onto my motor. Did look at a Mk6 a few weeks ago at the local scrappy's but it was a Mk6 and the rack was bolted to the subframe not the bulk head so was no good :-( It's got to be doable, I had a Mk2 Fiesta auto years ago that had an Escort converted rack on it.
