Guest big g Posted June 30, 2013 Share Posted June 30, 2013 got myself a full interior tonneau cover for my mk5. had a look in the manual about fitting it and is says it has a supporting bar. now mine didn't come with a bar has anyone got any pics of the bar or has one for sale ? and my second question is how does it fit onto the dash? as in the manual it says there are pop studs on the dash but I cant see any. and does anyone have pictures of a cover fitted Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

allblue Posted June 30, 2013 Share Posted June 30, 2013 The full tannou cover was a factory fit option from Ford. At the factory three tennax studs were fitted into the dash along with a set of hooks into the b pillar. In addition, further hooks and Velcro points were also fitted to the car. You will not be able to fit the cover to your car as it did not come with these bits already installed. You will have to retro fit the hooks and the studs to get the cover to fit.
