I realise this may have been covered before but what are the best methods & products for cleaning & protecting a vinyl cabriolet roof. I purchased the AutoGlym kit but it's not actually designed for vinyl. Have read posts on using washing-up liquid, bumper care spray, saddle soap etc. What are you guys all using? Admin Ollie Posted October 21, 2012 Admin Share Posted October 21, 2012 try an all purpose cleaner called g101 i get mine from autosmart .you can buy it in small containers and you make it as strong as you want it with a small interior sponge it gets in all the vinyl material not to much you can use to protect it though.if its black you can try bumper shine etc depends if you want a matt or shine finish regards ollie Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
