Guest Paul Jackson
I've been searching Google but can't find a mk6 with RS side skirts and RS7 softlines. It seems easy enough to find Gti skirts but to me they dont seem to fit right. I'm looking at finding the parts for my yellow cab if it looks ok as its not a shy Ford colour lol. Guest Imperial Blue
I have a extra set of skirts and extra set of Softlines at home. The Softlines are sold and will be picked up tomorrow.

allblue
Mine has the RS skirts and full RS bodykit factory fitted. But mine is standard from new and has the original wheelset. There is a yellow MK6 on ebay with the full RS kit like mine, but it appears to have been shunted from behind, as the rear bumper is justa a normal one. Guest Imperial Blue
How are the skirts from the RS2000 called then if this is RS ??
allblue
Most people refer to the GTI/RS2K skirts as the RS skirts, and the ones such as mine as 'RS accessory' ones. Ford made a RS accessory bodykit for the Escort cabriolet, which was a factory fitted optional extra on MK6 cabriolets. The RS accessory skirts as part of this kit bear the RS logo and are designed to fit flush against the cabrio sills. Guest Paul Jackson
Thanks, that shows how well they fit,the Gti spec ones simply dont fit right and for me stick out to much when fitted to a cabby. Lovin the roofrack.
allblue
Many thanks, I understand some people cut the GTI skirts so they don't stick out too much on a cabby. But yes, the real deal is a lot better!
