Guest Alanman Posted October 18, 2011 Share Posted October 18, 2011 The Cossie is about the nicest kit for that shape and ageless. The WRC bumpers are a cool addition too. In my opinion (and I've done a lot of the modified shows for a long time) an 'after market' kit can age badly. Bigest example is the Delta range, they looked wicked at the time but they can look dated now so if you don't go down the Cossie route make sure you pick the right kit that follows the standard lines. Dont buy the cheapest kit you find. As important as the kit are the wheels. If you have big arches you will need bigger wheel to fill em. Also, kitting your cab you WILL need to grow a thick skin. allblue Posted October 19, 2011 Share Posted October 19, 2011 Mk6 cabriolets don't look to good standard without a bodykit, so you're on the right track. How about the MK6 cabriolet RS accessories pack. This was a factory fitted optional extra and includes the skirts, rear bumper and colour coded grille.
