thanks guys for the replys i thought a few of you may have remberd it i woould put more pics upp but i just find this website set up so awkward to use (sorry ) haha less of that yes its still going thoes arnt the rims that are going on the car i was just testing offsets and sizes on the car as im going to be getting a nice set of lenso bsx rims which will be fat on this car ... :biggrin: i am wanting to put a front splitter..( the oringal rs type) on the front and mould it all in to give it a great euro look but where i live (JERSEY CHANNEL ISLANDS ) south of uk for thoes who dont know these cars are basicly extinct i own ruffly one of 3 orions left... one of 12 fiesta xr2's and one of ruffly 20 if that cabriolets left on this rock so parts are mega hard to find.. so anybody know of a 80 spec front rs valance going for grabs im keen

come to think of it.. alanman by the looks it your display pic of your mkf40 :tongue: where did you get your wheels from any good sites? and did you get yors made to order due to the offset?

Image wheel mate. All made bespoke to order. 19 x12j rears with 305 30 19 rubber and 19 x 9j front with 235 35 19 on front.

 

There's a page on there tells you what to measure so they can make them. Dont make the same mistake as me. A 12j wheel is actually 13 inches wide. I measured what room I had and thought a 12 inch wheel would be perfect so ordered a 12j wheel. I was lucky to get away with it, it is sooooooooo close to the inner arch. lol

Wheels were JUST under £2k. So not too bad for the size. Obviously the smaller the wheel the cheaper it is. The rears were a little more expensive than the fronts.
