Guest Joo Posted March 18, 2011 Share Posted March 18, 2011 (edited) The car was from 1997, and it was 1.6 zetec with 88hp. That was too slow for this car and 17 inch wheels. So it was time to make some changes. 1.8 zetec was found and 2.0 pistons. So it war machined to 84.6 so stock pistons could be placed. Uploaded with ImageShack.us Uploaded with ImageShack.us head was also from 1.8, and there were no modifications except polishing. the when i removed old and new one was ready Uploaded with ImageShack.us also all parts from 2.0 were placed on car ECU (from mondeo 2.0 with no modifications on wiring, plug and play), camshaft 2.0, inlet, maf... And 4-2-1 from rs 2000 was placed with custom flange to fit zetec.
