gingergman
get it running again and test the battery while running with a multi-meter to see if its getting charge from the alternator, did it not want to turn over at all? or was it just slow? mickyfin32
just wasnt enough power to turn it over starter motor was so slow.. not happy the battery and alternator are both brand new...
gingergman
if the starter was slow its prob just because its got too hot while the car was running, let it cool and try again, if its fine after then get a heat shield for it
mickyfin32
heat shield for starter ??? well i'll give it another try and hope for the best... but why does the battery light on the clocks constantly stay on??
Guest mossop1
are they both like brand spankers new as a good battery should run a car for long time before it goes horibly flat so sujestes you have either low or no charge going on so would be looking at checking loom for faults. Guest diggy
did you fit it yourself? if it was fitted take it back to whoever fitted them. you should check all the wires most of all your earth wires.
