Guest BIGMADRAB1
Quick question, is it just my cab or does everyone elses slide out at the back end when it goes round corners in the rain. Pretty sure its an escort thing but just want to make sure. Almost wrote me off and the focus full of pigs on the Linwood round-about, dirty b**tards always looking for an excuse to pull me over. cheers. RobMk4TwinCarb
Depends on your tyre's and your suspension setup I guess, a good set of tyre's will stick in the wet or dry. If you already have good one's then maybe something at the rear is worn causing weight to shift and give you a slide. I had eagle f1's on a 205gti and I just couldn't lose it no matter how hard I tried, on my crx were budget tyre's and that was like being on an ice rink in the wet. Guest Haddow
my cab had budget tyres on it when i bought it and i couldnt lose it in the corners no matter how hard i pushed it, some corners were 80+ round here and it just gripped like mad... although with the new dunlop DSG's on it i cant wait to try the grip out in summer or round a track for a good laugh one day with some fello cabbers
Guest suffolk04
pretty much an escort thing (so i've been told) people used to put bricks in the boot too keep the weight level, mine also does it, fixed it though by slowing down at corners

chaz
I agree mate, cabs are for cruising not racing. just imagine sun out, roof down, music up, gentle breeze , empty coast line road. WHY GO FAST.
LeeMcCarthy
You need to go slow to hear the music when the roof is down
