Guest warlord Posted July 30, 2009 Share Posted July 30, 2009 nice project there for you m8,mine rotted on the drivers door lip at the bottom where the two seals meet aswell,only my battery tray is mint,got one on the resto at the min m8 a d reg just bought loads of things for her off fleabay for £170 but in too minds at the min what colour to do it.was thinking black or red,panther black is beautiful when its done right but so is rosso red,are you getting a laquer finish put on top of the paint.i did a rs2000custom a good few years ago and gave it 4 coats of laquer over the black and what a finish,shone like the sun,and never did see any rust come up on it after that and i kept it for 8years and sold it on still mint,what do you think?red or black for mine???????
