Guest mick_borthwick Posted September 28, 2007 Share Posted September 28, 2007 Hia all. Ive just brought a new weather seal that goes around the back lower part of the hood from ford (costing £49)!. Its the one that the toureu cover pops onto, and I had tried to fit and im still facing the same problem as when the roof raises it pulls the seal from the body.. Guest mick_borthwick Posted October 4, 2007 Share Posted October 4, 2007 Hia, Hopefully Ive got this problem sorted out now..phoned my local hood fitter and he said to make sure that the seal overlaps the body at the bottom as there is a resess there as well.. Also I was told to add some industrial strength super glue around the body and hopefully this has done the trick now.. mick Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
