i think we all get that sumetimes ok so the loom is a easy thing to find in a scrap yard so best of changing it ....... dont try the repair the fuse box as its not worth it once a fuse melted it will just get worse where abouts are you ?

i have declared everything ......... its a bit hard when a copper looks under me bonnet and i say yes its a 1.6 cvh lol i thingk not ...... plus if its not declared then tecnicaly your not insured

asuming you dont have over heating problems and all the hoses get hot and the temp gage is ok then yes did you not say the pipes had been played with

ok im not 100% sure lol as never really look into it well not with the cvh, but we have just fitted some to a cab on here running a zetec now i will try call him tomorrow (gaz17) as he had them tuned by some garage at a really good price and im sure that will be able to help theres alot of places on the net who do carbs ,,, but all down to what ones you have webber? dolleretos thats spelt bad lol will try get number for tomorrow

did you phone the contact ? what did thay say ? in the mk4 theres 3 cables 1 down each side and a rear one ........ i dont know on the mk5 thats why i gave you a contact to call also on there you can get a corect price and not a guess price

yes removung the radio and heater unit with big scweediver and brut force may not be the best whay for puting things back lol gald to be of service and look forward to seing it runing next weekend

lots of ways depends what you want if your after big bass then no unless you take out the rear seats but kenwood do 6x9 subs that can be fitted under the front seats also theres some others that do bass shakers ie thay not tecnically a sub but a gyirow that shakes and gives a impresion of bass depending on size of sub used and mk of escort the doors will take a 8" free air sub hope it helps

lucky for you someone knows, and thay are back lol ok mfi/efi fuel tank and fuel lines and pump off a mk4 cab/escort ...... swell pot no dont need ,fuel presher regulator yes just get a 20l zetec fse one and mate to the escort lines hope that helps
