IMO they are inferior, I worked on one when living over there and it was primitive compared to the European ones. However you can get many parts for European Fords in the US or even Saudi Arabia. There are warehouses that purchase a lot of genuine stock from Fords when it comes to car end of life and then they sell them years later.
