I have investigated the cause and the motor and mechanism are fine. the runner on the side with the lock is the issue. Guest Tony8020 Posted August 28, 2013 Share Posted August 28, 2013 I greased it all up and still no joy, the runner fits against the window perfectly when it's out of the car. as it goes down the runner the runner buckles slightly and the motor stops, I can't see any other way of positioning it either Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest Lee81 Posted August 28, 2013 Share Posted August 28, 2013 You need to adjust the guides for the glass they are adjustable too. The hanynes manual doesn't tell you this. There are four.
