Guest Ninjaj
Hi does anyone know how to remove the seat covers from the rear and front seats of a MK4 cabriolet as I was thinking of cleaning them in the washing machine, as I did the head rest covers and they came up like new. RScab
Be carefull the center material has a foam backing & it can break up when putting it in a washing machine

Guest Kelly Jeffery
ive just took my back seat covers off to recover it I wouldn't advise it as it has a rubber edging all the way round witch I think could crack if wash and as rscab has said parts of it have foam backing that cant really be removed I could see it disintegrating you could try vaxing it I did my recaro's and the turned out really nice
Guest Ninjaj
Hi Thanks you all for the info, I think i will take the advice on the rear seats and just clean them without removing the covering. Ollie the front seats are recaro's. Cheers.
