Guest steelcabby
Well i don't think many will remember me. i used to own a mk4 amethyst which i always regretted selling. after 5 nearly 6 years without a cabby and going through cars a plenty. i decided to get another amethyst.......well that was the plan. but unfortunately they are very hard to find in good nick. well some of you may remember diane from here who had an all-blue. well this came up and i couldn't resist. i'm proper happy again to have a cabby and i can't wait to get things moving on it Here she is when i got her. well after i cleaned it up it was time for an MOT. had been sat for about 1 to nearly 2 years IIRC. Well it failed on rear drum brakes. they didn't work under pedal and only worked one side on the handbrake. so rather than sort the cylinders and shoes out i decided to go straight in for a rear disc conversion Hello drums Goodbye drums

allblue
Nice one that, I remember seeing that car when it was on display at XROC shows. That inspection pit looks like it could take a car out,
