Guest Brundish
Having a headache with this bloody warning light it always stays on. Tested the handbrake switch and that's fine checked and cleaned the brake fluid sensor and I think that's fine the only time it goes off is when I pull off the brake fluid sensor. Please help guys and girls as this is doing my head in and need it for the MOT.

Guest Brundish
Yeah it HAD abs at some point but some parts are gone and don't know what is missing. I've just bypass the thing and got a working handbrake warning light but no warning for brake fluid (but i can keep an eye on it.) can revert back if needed if I find out the problem. Guest theprophet1978
from what i was told yes if the car has abs fitted and its not fully functional it will fail, i.e has the belts etc but no sensors...... but dont quote me on that
Guest xr3idan
when mine went thru mot last week, it it had handbrake light and abs light on, failed for abs light but not handbrake light, i disconected sensor at brake fluid resivour, so as not to annoy me, sorted the abs light out n it went thru, so with that said im pretty sure the handbrake warning light dosent come into the mot, abs light however does..
