I changed mine nd thought the little wires attached to the back of them were earth wires....so I attched them to the car body...then my roof wouldn;t work at all! ha! It was only when someone said that they were not earth wires and their purpose was to connect to the tonneu cover poppers that it became apparent that when I earthed them that the roof wouldn't work because it alwys though the tonneau cover was attached! ha!. So maybe one of your wires has come loose and connected itself to the cr body! Only a thought if it turns out its not your relays or something else.
