Guest derrick Posted January 30, 2011 Share Posted January 30, 2011 hi guys ive been to the dark side and back been on the vw scene and now back to escorts ive got a mk 5 cabbie and im going to start to restore it . ive fitted a pair of rs valances and side skirts to the car and as the car is white im thinking of doing the bonnet black . any positive feed back appreciated . Guest derrick Posted January 31, 2011 Share Posted January 31, 2011 i like the front of that, bumper is nice, black bonnet would be ok i think thanks mate i got these valances from another escort mate he wanted original bumpers and i got these from him nice rs valances and totally original ive taken out the bumper inserts and smoothed them out im thinking of putting a set of lights into the bumper i dont know wether to do fog lights or rectangular indicators and do away with the indicators next to the headlights am thinking of welding in the indicator hole i just want to do some subtle tweaks to the car to make it a little diffrent i like the look of the cossie bumpers but as there is quite a few up here in glasgow i want some thing a little diffrent .
