Also with all that power you think the shell will do the engine justice with it not having the extra strength of a roof to keep it in check? Nothing that special cossie 4wd calipers up front with black diamond 2wd cossie drilled & grooved discs and mintex 1144 pads and on the rear 2wd cossie calipers and black diamond drilled and grooved discs and 1144 mintex pads again so should stop pretty well not to worried about having to much power with no roof because its only for the summer and will be broke or sold about september time to fund a saff cossie

Guest gavintwopies
Thanks Gavin I bought one of your zvh water pump plates off you a couple weeks ago very good quality going to build a 1.8 zvh turbo for my mates mk2 orion 1.6i ghia Good to hear, the 1.8 zvh is a good 1/2 way medium, i find you can have the bit extra grunt you want without making a massive dent in ya wallet if the car is a daily driver? As i made the massive mistake of taking mine out and putting in a 2.1 zvh i built!!!! massive difference over the 1.8 powerwise but my god did it drink the fuel. would only do around 125 to a full tank!! but the zvh would do about 200 to a tank. Do you use the 40mm core plug to blank the front breather or do you use a cover plate as i just got a few cover plates done but not in time to add them to the adaptor plate auction. Guest paul xr2
Time for a bit of an update Well i spent yesterday stripping the interior out so i could get to the underneath of the battery tray and to check the bulkhead for any major rust But what i found was that it was only the battery tray that needed doing
