Hi mate Just want to make sure but is it a factory fitted roof or has someone fitted it after? Don't take this the wrong way but are you doing it properley, key the key once! If you are check the thermal cut out, it's the metal looking fuse by the motor. Swap it for a 20 amp fuse to see if that works. If not check the relays, there are 2 in the boot by the pump just under the rear light. If it is a factory fitted motor then there are 2 more relays under the dash drivers side. If they are ok and it is a factory fitted motor there are safety earths on the inside of the rear speaker pods which earth out when you put a cover so stops you being to put the roof up with it on, check they haven't come away and earthing out anywhere. While checking that like stu said check the rams are not leaking. You will need to top the level back up but as it is on the min means there should be enough fluid to make the roof work
