MarineIguana
Right I have a problem, I have always been able to hear my fuel pump working continuously (dunno if this is normal) but now it seems to prime and then never carry on pumping unless I switch off the ignition and start again then the same problem and this is what is causing my cab to not run I think as there is no fuel getting to the engine after it has turned over for the first time. It will start every time and go to run but just cuts out due to lack of fuel I think. I have new fuel pump so doubt it is that getting bummed out cos of it

Guest shaun
sounds like either relay(purple 1 under dash) or mine had simalar fault and dizzy was knackered well the power pack only found this when i banged the dizzy and it started.....try un-plugging the relay when it cuts out and plugging back in and see if pump kick's back in.... if not see if plugs got a spark. mine use to cut out then start after 2-3 mins or after unpulgging relay for fuel pump then be fine until you turned it off.... Guest rodge
I have an intermittent problem with mine. Sometimes when I turn the ignition on the fuel pump doesn't pump. I simply turn it off and start again until I hear the fuel pump kick in. How do you know if the relay is working or not? Dave,
