Got my self some new side markers, in the front, side and some new tail lights!! I have this set of side skirts waiting for me in the garage now! And i have ordered theese rims to!! 17" Yesterday i baught a car that i am going to use as a spare part viechle, its an RS-Turbo cabriolet!! With Cosworth turbo, Cosworth fulerail, Haltech Engine Management System etc. Its suposed to take out between 230 - 250HP !! The rof was new to! no rust at all!! I am really satisfied when i walked away from there i dont think it was a bad thing to buy NOW! What do you think? Comments are welcome!! Because over here a 17 year old (i understand you are 16) trying to insure an XR3i let alone a turbo would be laughed at before having the phone put down on him. If they could find someone to insure them the quote would be ridiculously high. Anyway, good luck with the project and keep us updated. Jez. No, i can get an insure on the car, but it is ridiculously expensive! Therfore i have it on my dad, in return he uses the car some times I wil post some pictures of the new car in a few days! No i didnt get this only got the parts that is shown at the pics there.. so you are saying that i miss some parts here? okey.. someone got some ideas how to fit them to tha car then? Guest michaelw Posted May 28, 2009 Share Posted May 28, 2009 hi,mines rs turbo,but still building it 4yrs so far.Based on the 88 tropical turquoise (ghia)which is a rare cab color.Only did these on a 1988.need help ,need a diagram to show me how the hydro pipes connect to the electric roof pump and the rams.The kit is of a mk5 (my project is mk4)electric roof kit.Used this website for change of roof.Anyway the person has swapped the feed pipes for the fluid about.The photo's i have seen are not clear enough inc HAYNES.So any help or links..THANKS...
