its been a while since i updated this 1 now,

i have decided to put the cabby back on the road, for 2 reasons

1 i miss driving it

2 im not really enjoying the fiesta and it now needs more work than the cabby does, new gearbox, water leak and a real lack in stopping power are the main reasons

no progress has been made on the cab since the last posts,

been doing a little on the subframe, new cv boots all round,

so were nearly done on the engine front

changed a wheel bearing (one of the pair had collapsed) ill try to get a pick up of this soon,

and my rear lights have been letting alot of water in which has resulted in a really mouldy boot, they are getting re-sealed to the car over the next few days

other than that all the bits that i origionally took the cab off the road to do havnt done lol

ill wait for the better weather me thinks

thr origional clock has been taken out and that is going to be my oil pressure gauge will live

cheers pip,

shiftwork is the answer, not great for having a social life but good for getting time to do bits to the cabby
