Hey not sure if this has been posted before but my alarm keeps going off when i open the door, it has only been doing this since the bad weather and the car getting wet inside from a leak at the window. I was gonna take the fuse out but realised that fuse also controls the locking of the car.

Any suggestions?? It's becoming quite annoying now :throw:

Oh and i know once i get the window sorted and not leaking it will be ok but i'm having problem after problem with that and now i'm runnin out of time and money to fix it

have a GOOD look inside the boot near the rear lights (cant remember wich 1) behind the trim is your alarm horn - see if you can unplug it from there

well ignore me then charley sorry...thought it may have been like the standard alarm i had on a 95 model...it comes with a master "programmed" key that has a red bit on it....there is a sequence in the handbook on how to program a new key....but this may be a different alarm then. sorry X

It's standard Ford alarm. I just unlock the door with the key. No just central locking not remote central locking

i had one of these on my sierra if you can get to the actuater on the inside of the door lock disconect it from there for now till you get time to have a proper look
